Power Brace Manufacturing is seeking a dependable groundskeeper in Des Moines, IA. You will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the plant grounds and surrounding areas, ensuring a safe and orderly work environment.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, mulching, and equipment operation, with a focus on safety and reliability. The role runs Monday through Friday with an 8-hour shift and offers benefits such as health, dental, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• At least one year of groundskeeping or landscaping experience.
• Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of basic gardening and landscaping practices.
• Skills to operate and maintain tools safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of the manufacturing facility grounds.
• Perform mowing, trimming, fertilizing, mulching tasks.
• Remove trash, debris, snow and ice from grounds and parking lot.
• Paint and power wash buildings and signage as needed.
• Operate and maintain lawn equipment and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards to supervisor.
• Work independently or as part of a team as needed.
