Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience.
• 2+ years of general maintenance and grounds keeping.
• 0 to 2 years of basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and professional grounds care.
• Maintains entrances of the facility and grounds.
• Fertilizes and cuts grass, trims trees and shrubs.
• Performs preventative maintenance and coordinates work orders.
• Helps maintain snow removal, sidewalks, parking lots and facility perimeters.
