The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Groundskeeper / Gardener to maintain and beautify our center's environment. The person in this role will be responsible for attending to our outdoor spaces and ensuring a welcoming and well-kept atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach with excellent knowledge of planting, gardening equipment, and physical stamina.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the garden to meet specific requirements and expectations.
• Perform basic maintenance such as cutting grass, emptying bins, managing weed control, and leaf raking.
• Plant and nurture new trees, flowers, and various plants.
• Work with hand tools and basic light machinery such as plant vehicles and small diggers.
• Service all garden equipment and machinery.

Desired Qualifications

• Proven experience as a gardener or groundskeeper.
• Knowledge of horticultural techniques and plant diseases.
• Knowledge of garden maintenance and landscaping.
• Familiarity with landscaping design layouts.
• Strong knowledge of local pests and how to eliminate them.
