Job summary

Mason Equity Group is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance, safety, and curb appeal of our properties in the Dover and New Philadelphia area. This full-time position offers $20 - $25 per hour, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with mileage reimbursement and potential company vehicle after 90 days.

You will mow, weed, trim, clean, power wash, and assist with seasonal tasks across multiple sites, while inspecting for safety and coordinating with management to keep

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with reputable driving record.
• Able to work independently across multiple sites and manage time.
• Comfortable outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in clean properties.
• Groundskeeping/landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle.
• Company vehicle eligibility after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns using push and zero-turn mowers.
• Remove weeds and maintain landscape beds.
• Trim grass around sidewalks, fencing, buildings, and landscaping.
• Perform seasonal leaf removal and general landscape cleanup.
• Complete snow removal and apply salt/deicer in winter.
• Pick up trash and debris across properties.
• Power wash sidewalks, exteriors, patios, and common areas.
• Complete light exterior maintenance: painting, fence repairs, upkeep.
• Inspect properties for safety concerns and communicate findings to management.
• Prepare communities for property walks, inspections, and new move-ins.
• Ensure properties reflect Mason Equity Group’s standards for cleanliness and curb appeal.
