Job summary

POST ROAD MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Full-Time Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior grounds of apartment properties on-site in Bethlehem, PA. The role focuses on mowing, edging, trimming, and caring for lawns, landscaping, and outdoor amenities to create a welcoming curb appeal for residents, visitors, and staff.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, prior groundskeeping experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.
• Weed flower beds, shrubs, and landscaped islands.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, mulch, and seasonal landscaping as directed.
• Water landscaping as needed.
• Prune bushes, hedges, and small trees.
• Remove leaves, branches, and other debris from the property.
• Pick up trash throughout the community daily.
• Empty and maintain trash receptacles.
• Clean breezeways, sidewalks, parking lots, curbs, and common areas.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, buildings, and other surfaces as scheduled.
• Maintain pool and amenity areas by keeping them clean and organized.
