• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Landscape experience preferred; willing to train.
• Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Plans and administers grounds and plant maintenance, including growing schedules and propagation through plants and cuttings. Responsible for caring for grasses and plants, trimming, pruning, and removing shrubs, bushes, and trees. Performs general janitorial duties, property inspections, landscaping, and grounds maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Inspects common areas and reports deficiencies.
• Inspects exterior grounds and reports deficiencies.
• Mows lawns weekly during the appropriate season and cleans tools afterward.
• Trims bushes for appearance and shape.
• Weeds flowerbeds regularly.
• Shovels walkways in winter and salts or sands icy areas.
• Contributes to team efforts, maintains professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license required.
