This is a full-time, year-round outdoor role where your office is the fresh air and wide open spaces; you’ll perform landscaping, grounds upkeep, trash removal, and seasonal snow tasks.

Monarch is looking for a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team at Silver Lake Hills Apartments in Fenton, Michigan. This is a year-round, consistent position where no two days are the same—and your office is the great outdoors!

PAY: $16/hour + up to $3,000/year in quarterly bonus potential!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM (full-time, steady work year-round)
