Job summary

Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring a Groundskeeper for Southgate Apartments in Greenville, NC. This is year-round, full-time work with solid pay and benefits.

You will maintain lawns and common areas, handle trimming, fertilizing, irrigation checks, and assist the maintenance team. 6+ months landscaping experience and equipment operation are needed; outdoor work year-round is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months landscaping/grounds work experience.
• Able to operate lawn mowers, trimmers and other equipment.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash, clean lots, curbs and common areas.
• Mow, trim, edge, rake, fertilize and maintain flowerbeds.
• Light tree/bush trimming and irrigation checks.
• Snow removal in winter.
• Pool cleaning and seasonal prep.
• Help the maintenance team when needed.

What You’ll Get

• $16.00 to $18.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

Pick up trash, clean lots, curbs, and common areas

Mow, trim, edge, rake, fertilize, and maintain flowerbeds

Light tree/bush trimming + irrigation checks

What You Need
