Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Agree with Midland Christian School's Statement of Faith and Vision.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Able to climb and properly operate a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Seeding, watering, mulching, fertilizing, and maintaining lawns and landscape.
• Operate mowing equipment and edge around trees, shrubs and sidewalks.
• Keep logs of watering and chemical applications for grounds care.
• Perform general campus maintenance and repairs as requested.
• Remove debris from grounds and ensure clean public areas daily.
• Safely operate light vehicles and power tools following safety rules.
• Paint and perform minor building and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Contribute to campus-wide landscaping and grounds improvements.
