Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar field preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meticulous upkeep of grounds, parking lot, amenities, and buildings, interior and exterior.
• Remove trash from office areas and community perimeter daily.
• Assist in make-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments.
• Represent the community professionally on and off the property.
