29th Street is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, amenities, exteriors, and leasing office spaces at the Westerville, OH community. The role includes parking area upkeep and assisting the maintenance team in daily tasks.

The candidate should be organized, reliable and capable of handling trash removal, unit make-ready support, and basic repairs. A valid driver's license may be required and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office and parking areas.
• Remove trash from office areas and perimeters daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units and clear vacant spaces before Make-Ready.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with tasks.
• Assist in cleaning vacant apartments and models.
• May assist with snow removal when applicable.
• Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry and electrical issues.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly for repairs.
