Avenue5 Residential in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the property grounds, exteriors, leasing office, and common areas to maximize curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, English literacy, and strong customer service. You’ll join a collaborative team and support weather-related maintenance and safety protocols across the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to cope with difficult people and situations.
• Must maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
• Must comply with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris daily from office areas and property perimeter.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Assist with property emergencies such as snow removal and weather events.
• Clean available apartments and common areas as directed.
• Promote customer satisfaction with high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal.
