Qualifications

• 1 year of porter, groundskeeper, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Walk the community grounds daily and maintain curb appeal.
• Clean common areas, manage litter, and assist with building exterior upkeep.
• Perform basic landscape tasks such as mowing, pruning, edging, and weed control as needed.
