Greystar is hiring for a maintenance-focused team member to keep our community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal in top shape. You will support the service team in daily upkeep and turnover tasks, from litter removal to lock changes and safety compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Requires valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Aufgaben

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas and amenities neat and litter-free.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for make-ready.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist in turnover.
• Change all locks and ensure pool area gates operate safely and per codes.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Inform supervisors of any hazards or potentially dangerous situations.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer residents’ questions, and address complaints about maintenance services.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required OSHA training, reporting accidents promptly.
