Job summary

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper for a 282-unit residential property in Jonesboro, GA. You will maintain cleanliness for interior and exterior areas to enhance curb appeal and overall property upkeep.

Daily responsibilities include cleaning common areas, reporting concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor, and assisting with exterior grounds maintenance. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, bend and climb as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, landscaping, general labor or groundskeeping.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Capable of heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and physical duties such as bending, kneeling and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning: Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum and empty garbage.
• Reporting: Report notable concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor (e.g., vandalism, missing bulbs, detectors or extinguishers).
• Trash removal: Daily removal of litter and debris from interior common areas and assist with exterior grounds maintenance.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
