Responsibilities

• Maintain Stella Maris grounds and exterior building.
• Ensure roadways and sidewalks are accessible during inclement weather.

• Regularly mow lawns and maintain a well-kept landscape.
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment; manage fuel tickets.
• Shovel snow and apply salt to prevent slipping; respond to emergencies.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and documentation.
