Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Atlantic City seeks a Grounds Maintenance team member to keep exterior areas clean, safe and well‑maintained. You will follow procedures, work as part of a team, and provide courteous service to internal guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning and maintenance of docks, garages, walks, rooftops and parking areas; operating equipment; delivering supplies; and assisting with snow removal and apprentice training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Minimum of one-year general work experience in ground maintenance.
• Must have a valid New Jersey Driver's License.
• Requires a safe driving record having less than 6 points on an individual's driving record.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the general cleaning and maintenance, removal of debris from the external grounds area of property to include, but not limited to docks, garages, walks, rooftops, parking lots etc. Operates necessary tools and equipment (including heavy sit-on equipment such as street sweepers) to accomplish same. Performs casual labor or emergency functions at employer’s discretion. Delivers supplies and materials as requested. Drives company vehicles and participates in the removal of snow on the property. Keeps Lead informed of inventory on all materials and equipment needed to perform job duties Completes special assignments for management as requested. Assist with Apprentice training.
