Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Park Avenue West, a 122-unit apartment community in Denver, CO. You will maintain the property's cleanliness, safety, and appearance, including trash removal, landscaping tasks, and snow/ice control.

A digital device will be used to manage work orders, inspections, and documentation. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to Fair Housing laws, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• May require a valid driver’s license and ability to drive various vehicles depending on the property.

Responsabilités

• Grounds and exterior maintenance: remove trash, rake/mulch, weed, water, and perform snow removal.
• Common area cleaning: empty trash, clean fixtures, surfaces, rugs, and laundry rooms.
• Use digital device to review, update, and manage work orders daily; document tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards; comply with Fair Housing laws.
• Attend staff meetings and assist staff; maintain professional conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
