Job summary

Robbins Property Associates is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of an apartment community in Boynton Beach, FL. This full-time, on-site role offers outdoor work and opportunities to support the maintenance team across properties.

Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, take pride in appearance, and have a strong work ethic. Prior groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways, and amenities.
• Remove trash and maintain dumpster/compactor areas.
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparation.
• Support curb appeal through pressure washing and general cleanup.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist the maintenance team with property projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways, and amenities
