What you'll be doing:

• Maintaining property performance by ensuring clean, safe, and attractive common areas such as pools, laundry facilities, clubhouses, and parking lots.
• Enhancing resident satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to work orders.
• Coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and team to prioritize daily tasks.
• Providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Ensuring safety by identifying hazards and maintenance needs, correcting issues, or reporting them appropriately.
• Utilizing software to track work and performance.
• Participating in a team handling various tasks in a dynamic environment.

What You Must Have:

• At least 1 year of groundskeeping experience.
• Own hand tools.
• Residence within 30 minutes of the community.
• Willingness to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

What's Nice To Have:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to walk, stand, sit, and climb stairs for inspections, tours, and office work. Approximately 60% walking/climbing, 30% sitting. Must lift/carry items up to 150 pounds occasionally, with varying frequency for lighter weights.
