We are offering a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Groundskeeper for our Bexley Square at Concord Mills community in North Charlotte, NC. The role involves property upkeep, cleaning amenities and breezeways, pool maintenance, and general property maintenance. Responsibilities include groundskeeping, breezeway cleaning, outdoor and indoor amenity upkeep, and assisting with property turns.

Job Details

• Full-time position
• Working hours: 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Compensation

Starting at $16 per hour, plus quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of groundskeeping, landscaping, or janitorial experience
