We are looking for a Groundskeeper for our Bexley Springs Farm and Bexley Crossing at Providence communities in the Ballantyne area - South Charlotte, NC.

Duties to be split between these two properties - schedule to be determined by the needs of the properties.

We are currently seeking a motivated groundskeeper to help with property upkeep, clean amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance. Primary responsibilities include:

1. Property upkeep/groundskeeping
2. Breezeway cleaning and maintenance
3. Outdoor and indoor amenity upkeep
4. Assisting in turns

This is a FULL TIME position. Working hours are 8AM to 5PM Monday – Friday. Guaranteed 40 hours per week!

Pay: $16 - $17/hr plus quarterly bonuses.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of grounds, landscaping or janitorial experience.

Residential maintenance and turn experience is a plus.
