Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Grounds Keeper to maintain the landscape and exterior image of the property. You will keep the grounds clean by mowing, trimming, weeding and removing debris to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

The role requires operating hand and power tools, adhering to preventative maintenance schedules and safety policies. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, with a valid driver’s license and required certifications.

Job description

As the Grounds Keeper, you are responsible for the overall upkeep of the landscape and exterior image of the property.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

• Responsible for general maintenance of all the Grounds by mowing, trimming, weeding keeping the ground clean and free of all debris, and snow removal.

• Plans, organizes, and completes work timely.
• Takes initiatives, shows ownership, and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs.
• Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors.

• Follow outline of preventative maintenance as scheduled.

• Operate all types of hand tools, power tools.

• Physical requirements:

Sitting 3%

Standing & Walking 70%

Lifting 10% (50lbs. overhead, arm’s length, up to 20lbs.)

Bending & Stretching 20%

Pulling & Pushing 20%

Climbing & Reaching 20%

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
