Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Grounds Attendant to maintain the property's exterior including lawns, flowerbeds, walkways and parking areas. You will perform landscaping tasks, manage waste, and ensure signs and fixtures remain in good condition.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment while upholding safety standards and delivering friendly guest service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in grounds, facilities, or general maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to successfully complete on‑the‑job training.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance tools and equipment is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all property grounds, including mowing, edging, weeding, raking leaves, and sweeping parking lots, garages, and walkways.
  • Plant, remove, relocate, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping elements to support an attractive property appearance.
  • Remove trash, debris, and litter from all exterior areas and parking facilities; empty and maintain trash receptacles as needed.
  • Inspect and ensure that signs, posts, fencing, and related fixtures are straight, secure, and in good condition.
  • Promote a safe and secure environment for guests and team members by identifying and reporting hazards or maintenance concerns.
  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and fellow team members.
  • Develop working knowledge of the property’s facilities and entertainment offerings in order to assist guests when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Maintenance and Facilities departments.
