We have a Groundskeeper position available at one of our beautiful communities!

Location: Bexley at Heritage - Wake Forest

Pay: Starting at $16/hour plus quarterly bonuses!

Schedule: This position is Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Birthday is a paid day off!

Job duties include:

• grounds/property pick up
• cleaning common areas
• cleaning amenities
• pool cleaning
• some landscaping
• power washing
• exterior painting
• some minor maintenance repairs
• any additional tasks as needed to assist the maintenance team

Candidates should have at least 1 year of grounds, landscaping or janitorial experience.
