Job Description

The Groundskeeper maintains and improves site grounds, including tasks such as mowing, trimming, leaf removal, and snow removal during inclement weather, which may vary seasonally.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance facility grounds following sustainability guidelines
• Implement planned landscaping designs
• Perform planting, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, sweeping, raking, salting, shoveling snow, and ice removal
• Operate equipment such as power mowers, saws, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, and sprayers
• Operate trucks, tractors, and attachments as needed for grounds maintenance
• Clean and maintain sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on lawn equipment and tools
• Follow all safety policies and report malfunctions to supervisors
