Weinstein Properties is seeking a motivated porter to join their team in Henrico, VA. The role involves maintaining property beauty and cleanliness, with responsibilities including breezeway cleaning, pool upkeep, and general maintenance. We are currently seeking a motivated porter to help with property upkeep, clean amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance. Primary responsibilities include property upkeep, breezeway cleaning and maintenance outdoor and indoor amenity upkeep, and assisting in turns.
We have the following Groundskeeper position available:
Weinstein Propertiesis a forward-thinking property management company who both owns and manages our apartment communities.
Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds and turn experience is a plus.
Some HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance, carpentry and painting experience a plus but not required.
