Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain the beauty, safety, and presentation of our resort grounds. You will perform landscaping, irrigation, and general grounds maintenance to enhance guest experiences and uphold luxury standards.

You should have prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience, be able to read and communicate in English, and enjoy working outdoors in varied weather.

Qualifications

• Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or related outdoor maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including planting, trimming, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resort grounds by raking, cleaning, power washing, picking up debris, and ensuring outdoor areas are well-presented.
• Plant, trim, relocate, and care for trees, shrubs, cacti, flowers, and other landscaping materials.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair irrigation lines and equipment to support healthy landscaping throughout the property.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools, equipment, and supplies while following all safety procedures.
• Complete assigned landscaping projects and maintenance tasks in a timely manner while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

What you bring

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and prolonged standing.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining luxury resort standards.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
