The Arc Of The St Johns is hiring a Full-Time Groundskeeper to manage three main properties in Saint Augustine, FL. This on-site role runs 7am to 3pm, 40 hours per week, with pay of $19.00 per hour.

You will cut, edge, and trim lawns, maintain garden beds, and help outdoor spaces look welcoming and well cared for across multiple sites, ensuring safety and cleanliness at all times.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced groundskeeper who takes pride in a crisp edge and a perfectly manicured lawn? The Arc is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Full-Time Groundskeeper to take total ownership of our three beautiful main properties!

In this role, you won't just be cutting grass—you will actively shape a welcoming, clean, and vibrant environment for our community.

What You Will Do:

• Cut, edge, and trim lawns to professional standards.
• Keep garden beds immaculate by weeding and mulching.
• Enhance outdoor spaces by planting flowers and shrubs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness by blowing off all walkways and parking lots clear of debris.
• Safely operate and maintain commercial lawn care machinery.

What We Are Looking For:

• Prior commercial or professional residential lawn maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with zero-turns, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
• A reliable, self-motivated hard worker who can manage their time efficiently across 3 sites on 1 large property.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in professional lawn care or groundskeeping.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors for full shifts in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and reliably keep a consistent schedule across 3 locations on 1 large property.
