Job summary

The Arc of the St. Johns, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Groundskeeper to manage three main properties on-site in Saint Augustine.

You will cut, edge, and maintain lawns to professional standards, ensuring clean, inviting outdoor spaces for the community. This role requires experience in commercial or professional lawn care, proficiency with mowing equipment, and the ability to work across three sites. The position offers year-round 40-hour weeks from 7am to 3pm with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Prior commercial or professional residential lawn maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with zero-turns, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
• Reliable, self-motivated worker who can manage time across 3 sites.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
