ARTCRAFT MANAGEMENT OF FLORIDA LLC in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain two properties. This full-time on-site role requires a hardworking, reliable team player with a valid driver's license.

You will assist with preventive maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, trash removal, and minor repairs to keep the grounds in top condition and curb appeal high. A competitive salary with bonuses and comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with good record.
• Groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and perform general upkeep across two properties.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Ensure curb appeal and trash cleanup around property grounds.
• Clean pool, pool furniture, and surrounding areas.
• Trashing out vacant units as needed.
