Job summary

Arlington Properties in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, walkways, and pool areas, and assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks. You will help prepare units for new residents and support the maintenance team.

No prior maintenance experience is required; you should be able to read, write and communicate in English, be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather.

• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager
• Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents
• Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal
• Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable)
• Adhere to all safety and company policies
