Job summary

Arlington Properties in Mount Dora, FL, is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas and to support the maintenance team in daily tasks.

No prior maintenance or landscaping experience is required; you will work outdoors in all kinds of weather, lift up to 100 lbs, and help prepare units for new residents. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Keep the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free.

• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas.
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers.
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal.
• Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable).
• Adhere to all safety and company policies.
