Groundskeeper Position

The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining landscaping, gardens, parking lots, and other property areas.

Current open positions are available on the following shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns
• Lawn maintenance
• General labor duties
• Snow plowing
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience as a Groundskeeper, including lawn maintenance, gardening, snow plowing, and general labor
• Valid and safe driving record
• Own tools to perform the job
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management
• Ability to read and follow instructions

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Ability to tolerate weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
• Physical ability to reach, lift, climb ladders, crawl, and perform other role-specific functions
