Job summary

Moore Norman Technology Center is seeking a Groundskeeper at the Franklin Road Campus to maintain grounds and landscape, ensuring an attractive environment for students and staff. The role operates Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, under supervision and in accordance with campus procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, with CDL preferred and the ability to obtain an Applicator's Tech Certificate within the first year.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Credentials: CDL preferred. Acceptable driving record required.
• Obtain Applicator's Tech Certificate for use of chemicals within first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and landscape of the school to provide an attractive place to work, learn, and develop.
• Follow general standardized operating policies and procedures.

SALARY COMPENSATION PACKAGE STARTS AT:

• Hourly: $15.82
• Annual: $32,900.00

WORK PERIOD: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Objective: Performs skilled level duties under general supervision to maintain grounds and landscape of the school to provide students and school employees with an attractive place to work, learn, and develop. An incumbent in this position will follow general standardized operating policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Credentials: Valid commercial Oklahoma driver's license (CDL) preferred. Acceptable driving record required.

Obtain Applicator's Tech Certificate for use of chemicals within first year of employment.

Note: Lift testing is required as part of the hiring process for this position.

Experience: Six months related full-time work experience preferred; 12 months related part-time experience acceptable.
