Job Objective:

Conduct training related to manual & CNC machining skills and practices for adult students.

Qualifications
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Special Knowledge, Skill or Ability
  • Demonstrate leadership ability to effectively lead and support students/participants in a learning environment.
  • Ability to teach manual and/or CNC operator skills at novice through advanced levels.
  • Ability to educate and demonstrate technical skills through effective lecture, hands-on instruction, and skills demonstrations.
  • Ability to apply sound reasoning and problem-solving skills in instructional and classroom situations.
  • Ability to observe, recognize, and interpret participant performance, learning needs, and classroom situations.
  • Ability to evaluate participant performance and provide appropriate feedback and guidance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity and satisfactory personal conduct.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students/participants, coworkers, and others.
  • Reliable, dependable, and punctual attendance.
Experience:

Requires a minimum of 5 years experience in CNC machining or related field.
