Arlington Properties is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of our community. Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, basic repairs, safety inspections, supply management, pool and trash area upkeep, snow and ice removal, and providing excellent customer service to residents. This role offers hands-on work and the chance to contribute to a well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Groundskeeping: Inspect and clean grounds, remove debris, and ensure areas are well-maintained.
• Maintenance Assistance: Support with cleaning, minor repairs, and unit preparations.
• Safety & Inspections: Identify hazards and report issues.
• Supply Management: Requisition and organize supplies.
• Pool Maintenance: Assist with pool upkeep if applicable.
• Trash Removal: Empty and transport trash, maintain dumpster area.
• Snow & Ice Removal: Clear pathways during inclement weather.
• Customer Service: Address resident concerns professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, or maintenance preferred.
