Arlington Properties is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of our community. Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, basic repairs, safety inspections, supply management, pool and trash area upkeep, snow and ice removal, and providing excellent customer service to residents. Knowledge/Experience: No experience required; must work well in a team, communicate effectively in English, and provide good customer service.
Machines, Tools, and Equipment: Use of hand tools, power tools, and motorized vehicles relevant to maintenance and landscaping.
Licenses/Certificates: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; EPA or CFC certification required.
Other Requirements: Professional attire, flexibility to work any day of the week, and ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Physical and Visual Activities: Ability to perform outdoor work, lift up to 100 pounds, and work at heights using ladders.
