JOB SUMMARY:
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s outdoor environments through comprehensive groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and professional horticultural practices. This role ensures all landscaped and hardscape areas are safe, accessible, and visually welcoming year-round, while also providing specialized Master Gardener expertise in garden planning, plant health, and seasonal landscape stewardship. The position supports campus gardens, collaborates with volunteers, and contributes to a well-maintained environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors.
