The Support Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for individuals calling and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, compassionate, and professional experience for participants, families, referral sources, vendors, and community members.
This position is primarily responsible for answering and managing incoming telephone calls, identifying caller needs, providing accurate information within the scope of the role, routing calls to the appropriate individual or department, and ensuring messages and follow-up needs are communicated promptly and accurately.
