Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our property and support residents and clients with timely upkeep and friendly service.

The role covers buildings maintenance, common areas cleaning, debris removal, light bulb replacement, and unit readiness to market standards. This full-time position offers benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k with employer match, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings,
• Walking the property monthly,
• Pressure washing the buildings,
• Preparing market ready units,
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings,
• Walking the property monthly,
• Pressure washing the buildings,
• Preparing market ready units,
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
