Friedman Real Estate LLC seeks a Groundskeeper for The Cottages at Corpus Christi in Corpus Christi, TX. You will maintain grounds, care for exterior areas, and perform housekeeping and light maintenance tasks on weekdays 8:00AM–5:00PM, with travel to other properties as needed.

Candidate should have 1–2 years of grounds keeping experience, reliable transportation, and a basic toolkit. We value responsibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.
