Description

As a Groundskeeper, you are responsible for the professional, courteous, timely, and satisfactory completion of all assigned duties given by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. The Groundskeeper/Housekeeper ensures the community is maintained in a first-class condition. This position reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Performing grounds pick-up daily, including amenities and breezeways on all floors
• Daily cleaning of office and amenities
• Turnkey and touch-up cleaning of apartments
• Assisting the maintenance team with various tasks
• Learning and assisting with pool maintenance
• Maintaining the dog park and dog park station
• Model touch-up cleaning
• Performing various maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous groundskeeper/housekeeper experience is a plus
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Drug test and background check required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required

Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and local laws related to Fair Housing.
