Description
As a Groundskeeper, you are responsible for the professional, courteous, timely, and satisfactory completion of all assigned duties given by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. The Groundskeeper/Housekeeper ensures the community is maintained in a first-class condition. This position reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Performing grounds pick-up daily, including amenities and breezeways on all floors
- Daily cleaning of office and amenities
- Turnkey and touch-up cleaning of apartments
- Assisting the maintenance team with various tasks
- Learning and assisting with pool maintenance
- Maintaining the dog park and dog park station
- Model touch-up cleaning
- Performing various maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous groundskeeper/housekeeper experience is a plus
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Drug test and background check required
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and local laws related to Fair Housing.
