Job summary

Cove Communities is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Member for its resort in Casco, Maine. You will perform essential upkeep to keep guest areas clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities include daily grounds maintenance, trash pickup, mowing, weed trimming, painting, and responding to work orders. A clean driver\'s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and weekend/evening availability are required to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have clean driver\'s license.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Weekend work and evenings are required.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all guest-facing areas are clean, tidy and well-presented.
• Be the face of the resort and always offer courteous and professional service for internal and external guests.
• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of all grounds in line with resort procedures/expectations as assigned.
• Assists in all facets of resort cleaning and maintenance. This includes trash pickup, mowing and weed trimming, painting and site cleaning.
• Rakes, shovels, and loads material as needed relating to projects being done.
• Completes all required tasks associated with site check-ins and check-outs.
• Responds quickly and professionally to work orders assigned through Contract Services.
• Reports any unsafe conditions related to grounds and equipment to their manager.
• Supports and follows Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy at all times.
