Job summary

AKAM is seeking a Groundskeeper to perform general grounds maintenance across our condo, HOA, and residential properties in Boca Raton. You will handle yard waste cleanup, debris removal, lawn care, and routine inspections of common areas to keep sites safe and inviting.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and detail oriented with solid time-management skills and prior groundskeeping experience. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with medical, dental, vision, 401K matching,

Qualifications

• H.S Diploma is required.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Detail oriented with good time management.
• Groundskeeping experience preferred in condo/HOA settings.

Responsibilities

• General upkeep of all common property and facilities, including pool area.
• Picking up debris around the property and removal of trash.
• Keep property, landscaping, and management office clean by inspecting the property daily.
• Perform preventative tasks as necessary.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas.
• Perform light painting duties as necessary.
• Provide progress updates on work orders and daily tasks and coordinate with on-site team.
• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.

Position Overview: The Groundskeeper will perform general grounds maintenance duties, including yard waste cleanup and removal, blowing of pathways, sidewalks, parking lots, pool area, routine plant maintenance, minor property repairs, and inspecting the property.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
