Job summary

HHHunt, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper for Abberly Chase apartments in Bluffton to ensure beautiful, well-maintained grounds and facilities. Duties include daily grounds upkeep, trash removal, and helping prepare make-ready units while upholding a professional image on and off the property.

The role emphasizes customer focus and delivering quality services; hours are 8am-5pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within HHHunt's communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a similar field preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

The hours for this position are 8am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, parking lot, amenities, leasing office, and other community buildings, both interior and exterior.

REQUIREMENTS

The hiring range for Groundskeeper is $13.85-$17.31/hr based on experience and certifications. Overtime and bonus pay are also available. This position is eligible for HHHunt’s benefits to include, health insurance, vacation, sick leave and 401K. HHHunt offers a 25% taxable rental discount if you lease an HHHunt apartment. To become a resident at any HHHunt community, all Team Members must pass standard resident screenings and background checks, (separate from employment background checks).
