Job summary

HHHunt is seeking a Groundskeeper for Abberly Chase apartments in Bluffton, SC. The role focuses on keeping grounds and facilities pristine and presenting a welcoming, well-maintained community to residents.

Work hours are 8am-5pm, Tuesday-Saturday. The position offers benefits, a competitive hourly wage, and opportunities such as rental discounts and education support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a similar field preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, parking lot, amenities, leasing office, and other community buildings, both interior and exterior.
• Remove all trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
• Assist in the preparation of make ready units, including but not limited to removing trash from vacant apartments.
• Represent the community in a professional manner at all times on/off the property.

We are looking for a genuine, motivated, and driven team member to join our Apartment Living team as a Groundskeeper.

We are looking for YOU! The hours for this position are 8am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday.

What You'll Do

The hiring range for Groundskeeper is $13.85-$17.31/hr based on experience and certifications. Overtime and bonus pay are also available. This position is eligible for HHHunt’s benefits to include, health insurance, vacation, sick leave and 401K. HHHunt offers a 25% taxable rental discount if you lease an HHHunt apartment. To become a resident at any HHHunt community, all Team Members must pass standard resident screenings and background checks, (separate from employment background checks).
