HHHunt's Abberly Waterstone apartments are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Manager who leads a service team and ensures quick, high-quality repairs.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, manage vendors, budgets and inventory, and deliver an exceptional resident experience daily. A valid driver's license and EPA, CPO certifications are required.

This role emphasizes a passion for community, teamwork, and maintaining well-kept grounds and offices to WOW residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an Apartment MaintenanceManager role for multifamily community
• EPA Certification required
• CPO Certification required
• Impeccable record-keeping and reporting skills
• Physical agility and mobility
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license
• Must have and maintain a reliable set of tools that enables independent completion of routine and advanced service requests with minimal supervision.

As an Apartment Maintenance Manager for HHHunt's Abberly Waterstone apartments, you are passionate about being Customer Focused and a Provider of Quality Services and Products. The hiring range for Apartment Maintenance Manager is $29.96-$37.47/hr based on experience and certifications. Overtime and bonus pay are also available. This position is eligible for HHHunt’s benefits to include, health insurance, vacation, sick leave and 401K. HHHunt offers a 25% taxable rental discount if you lease an HHHunt apartment. To become a resident at any HHHunt community, all Team Members must pass standard resident screenings and background checks, (separate from employment background checks).
