JOB SUMMARY: In the Groundskeeper role, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of the property to enhance its curb appeal.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by Harbor Group Management Company.

1. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the grounds, buildings, and amenities are properly cared for.
2. Perform daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal.
3. Maintain, repair, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and management company.
4. Landscape the community as instructed.
5. Assist the maintenance team with minor service and repairs.
6. Rake, sweep, shovel, and salt as circumstances warrant.
