Job Overview

Vintage Realty Company is seeking a Groundskeeper at Park Rowe Village Apartment Community in Baton Rouge, LA. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the grounds, pool, and clubhouse for the community. This position is full time, non-exempt (hourly/non-exempt).

Responsibilities/Skills/Duties:

• Maintains a clean appearance of the grounds, clubhouse, office & common areas
• Assist with the cleaning of the on-site model apartment
• Assist with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and secured
• Participate in the apartment make ready process as needed
• Operate in accordance with Federal Fair Housing guidelines
• Abide by OSHA standards
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience Requirements:

• Ability to perform light manual labor and duties included above
• Previous Groundskeeping experience preferred
• Customer service oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
