SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Groundskeeper in Aspen, Colorado to maintain estate landscapes, safety, and beauty across assigned areas such as sidewalks, driveways, and fountains. The role involves operating landscaping equipment, irrigation maintenance, plant care, and light repairs, with opportunities to lead small projects when needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 6 months of related experience preferred, plus a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Mow or edge lawns with power mowers or edger.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges.
• Maintain irrigation systems and adjust water usage.
• Plant seeds, bulbs, and shrubs; apply mulch.
• Greet and assist guests with landscaping needs and service costs.
• Perform minor repairs to fencing, gates, or pathways.
• Respond to trouble calls and assist house crew as needed.
